The first step is to insure your make-up is going to stay put in warm weather. Winter may be a time for layering clothes but don’t let that habit for the same with makeup. You will ruin the healthy glow you are looking for. I have found that the best way for me to use makeup in the summer is to use as little as possible. Avoid packing layers of any kind of makeup product on as that totally defeats the attempt ot look healthy. A dull matte finish is the last thing you want in summer. Some people might believe, layers give you more time before heat gets the best of them but in reality they’ll just break down and succumb to the heat with a disgusting mess of a result.
