Avoid packing  layers of any kind of makeup product on as that totally defeats the attempt ot look healthy. A dull matte finish is the last thing you want in summer. Some people might believe, layers give you more time before heat gets the best of them but in reality they’ll just break down and succumb to the heat with a disgusting mess of a result.
